Golfing History: Won Warren Club Championship aged 16. Junior Club Championship Winner twice. EuroPro Player. Qualified for final stages of the Open Championship 2007.
Best Achievement in Golf: Qualified for final stages of the Open Championship 2007.
My Attitude towards fitness and Golf-Fit: I feel its a massive part of the game, and to take golf seriously you have to get in here. But I hate Rob and Andy cos they hurt me!

Favorite Player and Why: Rob Page, because he's so physically bad its unreal!
Current Activities/Occupation: Golf Pro, football, drinking, dancing.
Golfing History: Took up golf at 13 after smashing a window with my first well struck shot. Played Leslie Wood and Thorndon Cup for Colne Valley. Turned Pro in 2000, now a PGA Pro and TPI Pro.
Best Achievement in Golf: Winning club championship at 18 whilst breaking course record. London Golf Show Long Drive Champ.
My attitude towards fitness and Golf-Fit: Rob is a fountain of knowledge and I idolise him. Andy is the next generation of fitness guru!

My attitude towards fitness and Golf-Fit: Its a must if you want to play to the best of your ability. I hadn't realised how unfit I had become until I started working with Rob. My game has returned during the last year just from improving my gym session work. Bit worried by the amount of enjoyment Rob gets out of causing people pain.
